United Art and Education Retail Reward Card Terms & Conditions

The United Art and Education Retail Reward Program (also referred to as the "Program") is offered by United Art and Education, Inc. (also referred to as the "Company") to its customers. These terms and conditions form the agreement (the "Agreement") between each customer that participates in the Program (referred to as a "Member") and United Art and Education, Inc.

By participating in the Program, a Member agrees to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program. A Member releases United Art and Education, Inc and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all liability relating to United Art and Education Retail Reward Program membership or this Agreement.

Each Member is responsible for remaining up to date about the Program terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to disqualify a Member who has violated any of the Program terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to change the terms or conditions of the Program or terminate the Program at any time without prior written notice.

Membership in the Program is free and no initial purchase is required. An email address is required for a Member to be enrolled in the Program.

The Program is open to U.S. residents who are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 you must obtain permission from your parent or legal guardian before signing up for the program. United Art and Education associates and their immediate family/household members are not eligible for the Reward Card program.

Program membership is only available to individuals. Program membership is not available to corporations, businesses, or any other organization. Member is responsible and liable for any tax consequences which may result from participation in the Program.

The Company reserves the right to refuse issuance of a Retail Reward Card (the "Card") to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures. A Member should promptly notify the Company of any changes to personal information such as name, address, telephone number or email address by updating the information at www.UnitedArtAndEducation.com/rewards/profile.asp. The Company is not responsible for rewards not received as a result of a Member's failure to provide an accurate email address and/or update a Member's personal information. The Company reserves the right to cancel any United Art and Education Retail Reward Card which has incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information. All Reward points earned on that account will be forfeited.

The Card provides a Member access to earn United Art and Education Retail Reward points ("Points") on eligible purchases and redeem those Points on eligible future purchases at United Art and Education retail stores. Online, fax, telephone or mail orders do not qualify for Retail Reward Points.

A Member must present his/her personal Card, or provide the number via smart phone or computer lookup, to the cashier at a United Art and Education retail store before the transaction is completed in order to earn Points. If this does not occur, a Member may use the receipt to go online to register the transaction and earn Points. A Member must wait 24 hours, but not longer than 60 days, to be able to register the transaction. If a Member believes Points were incorrectly applied he/she must contact United Art and Education Customer Service at 1-800-322-3247 within 90 days of the transaction.

Points have no fixed value, may not be redeemed for cash, and are non-transferable. Any transfer or attempt to transfer a Member's Card or Points shall result in cancellation of the Card and revocation of a Member's Points at the discretion of the Company. Fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Card is strictly prohibited, and may result in disqualification from the Program with loss of all points. The Card is the property of United Art and Education, Inc. and it may be revoked at any time by the Company at their sole discretion. Any unauthorized reproduction of the Card may lead to legal prosecution and forfeiture of membership in the Program and all Points earned.

Five Points will be awarded for each eligible dollar spent at a United Art and Education retail store. Under most conditions, Points will be awarded to a Member's account one day after the purchase. From time to time United Art and Education may offer promotions ("Point Promotions") which will award extra Points during the promotion period. Point Promotions will not apply to rain check items purchased after the promotion has ended.

Points will not be earned for the portion of the transaction allotted to sales tax. Points will not be earned in transactions over $500.00 where a Member receives a volume discount. Points will not be earned on the portion of purchases paid by the redemption of gift cards, gift certificates, or coupons. Points will not be earned on purchases made on open account. Points will not be earned on purchases paid by organization/business credit card or check. Points will not be earned on transactions using the United Art and Education account number of an organization or business no matter how the purchase is tendered. The Company reserves the right to add or delete items eligible for Points issuance at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Points will be automatically converted into United Art and Education Retail Reward Certificates by the Company. Each 500 Points equals a $5.00 certificate. The minimum redemption is 500 Points. The Company will email the Member with their redeemed Points that have been converted into a Retail Reward Certificate. The Points will immediately be deducted from a Member's account. Once Points are redeemed, Points cannot be credited back to a Member's account. The transfer, sale or barter of Points (other than by the Company) is expressly prohibited. Any Points transferred or sold in violation of the terms and conditions will be revoked and membership in the Program may be terminated.

Retail Reward Certificates may not be used for the purchase of United Art and Education Gift Cards. Retail Reward Certificates may not be used as payment on open account balances with United Art and Education. Retail Reward Certificates may not be exchanged for cash, or applied to previous purchases. The Company may, at any time and without notice, change, eliminate or terminate Point earning and redemption procedures and offerings.

If a purchased item is returned, points will be deducted from the Member's account that was used for the original purchase. Repeated return of merchandise as part of the Program may result in termination of the Member's participation at the sole discretion of the Company if such behavior is determined to be fraudulent. Returned items originally paid for with Retail Reward Certificates will be refunded to a Member in the form of a United Art and Education gift card.

Should any United Art and Education Rewards Member not use their Card in a transaction for 24 consecutive calendar months, the membership may be deemed to be inactive and all accumulated Points may be forfeited.

By participating in the Program, a Member agrees to allow the Company to communicate Program information via mail, phone, email and other channels. If a Member grants permission, the Company may also communicate via text messaging. The Company may also use these channels to offer special promotions, coupons and more. Members who choose to opt out of all marketing communications will receive only messages related to their account. United Art and Education does not share, sell, rent or trade email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers or any other customer information.
